Motorcycle tours, accommodation and secure garaging in Burgundy France

About Motorsport Europe

About Motorsport Europe

Set in the heart of Burgundy which boasts some of the world’s finest wines, amongst sun drenched vineyards and arguably some of the most stunning scenery in France sweep some of the best roads in Europe.

Who we are

Who we are

We are British bikers, a small team who have lived and ridden bikes throughout France, and especially Burgundy for over twelve years.

Nick, our Guide extraordinaire, has road racing experience, successfully competing in the ACU F.I.M. 600 Supersport series for over five years, as well as touring throughout Europe. So whatever your needs, you will be safely accompanied if you so wish.

What Nick doesn’t know about bikes and the area, isn’t worth knowing, but don’t tell him we said so, (He might ask for more euro’s).

You will find our English speaking staff at the lodge more than helpful.

Medieval villages are surrounded by unspoiled countryside and culinary delights are an education in themselves.

Motorsport Europe offers you a unique opportunity to tour Burgundy, far removed from the hustle and bustle of town and city life, with hundreds of miles of uncongested open winding warm roads.

The participation is a joy for both experienced riders, and those new to biking.

Our tours are centred around you and what you want to do.

Explore Medieval villages, Chateaux’s Abbeys. Join in our wine tours, around the Chablis region. As well as the wine, Burgundy is famous for it’s cheeses, with over a thousand different varieties.

Miles and miles of open road

For a biking holiday where once you’ve arrived and unpacked, you can enjoy riding in dry sunny weather...do what you want, when you want to do it. Go where you want to go...when it suits you, and have a holiday to fully enjoy the biking experience…at your own pace.

Mile after mile of long winding roads, and undulating straights, to fully feel and enjoy the thrill of riding. It really doesn’t matter what you ride a tourer, a sports bike, you can even join us, and enjoy yourself on your daily commuter transport.

No queues No hold ups, No relentless mile after mile of cones, with nothing happening (as Top Gear’s Richard Hammond quotes, ‘who have they got working on the road, tiny mice that I can't see’).*

No average speed cameras tracking your every move.

Compared with the UK, France has very little traffic, and here children from the age of fourteen are taught to ride motorcycles in school, so the motorcycle culture is very different to the UK.

Enjoy the Burgundy sun with Motorsport Europe Motorcycle Tours

If you ride alone, with a partner, as a family, or a group - club, we can cater for you.

We have purpose built accommodation which can be configured for up to twelve people.

Take advantage of track time at famous Magny-Cours F1 circuit, only a short ride away. The circuit has played host to both the Superbike World Championship and World Champion Series.

If you want to experience riding a first class circuit, Motorsport Europe has exclusive use of either the Grand Prix track, over 4kms, or the Club circuit of 2.5kms.

We book as a group with no queuing and no delays.  We go straight to track adrenaline.

You can have free use of our on-board camera, and film yourself, at either the track or on the roads.

During the summer months of July, August and September the average temperatures are a very dry 30 degrees plus. Brilliant for riding in, or having a day off, and enjoying the sun.

We can also offer you the chance to go Hot Air Ballooning. This usually takes place in the early morning just after dawn, or just before sunset when the air is still. The light is perfect then, as you drift gently along, and gaze down on the wildlife and countryside below.
